PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS SISWA KELAS V-B DI SDN 08 SURAU GADANG PADANG DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISIONS (STAD)
Abstrak
This study was motivated by the low result graders social studies VB in SDN 08 Surau Tower Padang. One way that can be used to overcome this problem is to use the model of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD). The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in student learning outcomes IPS VB grade students through the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) in SDN 08 Surau Tower Padang. This research is a classroom action research. This study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The subject of this study is the VB grade students of SDN 08 Surau Tower Padang, amounting to 24 people. The research instrument used in this study is the teacher activity sheet sheet, affective student assessment sheets that student participation in cooperation 67.35% in the first cycle increased to 82.63% in the second cycle. The ability of the students in learning the material concluded in the first cycle 66.66% increased to 80.55% in the second cycle. Results of cognitive learning is also increasing student understanding. In the first cycle students' understanding of 58.33% increased to 87.5% in the second cycle. From the data obtained it can be concluded that there is an increase in the results of social studies grade students of SDN 08 Surau VB Tower after using the model of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD).
