PENGEMBANGAN HANDOUT DENGAN TAMPILAN BROSUR DILENGKAPI GLOSARIUM PADA MATERI KINGDOM PLANTAE DI KELAS X SMAN 2 KERINCI KANAN KABUPATEN SIAK

Abstract
This study was intended to produce handouts by the look of brochures furnished a glossary on any material kingdom plantae for students SMAN 2 X class Kerinci Kanan being valid and practical. The kind of research this is research development (development research). A model research the development of which used in this research model of development which is a device of learning 4-d as suggested by thiagarajan, semmel, and semmel (1974). But in this research researchers only use 3 a stage of a model in the 4-d define (defining), design (design), and develop (development). As for the subject in this research is composed of three people were validator, namely two students lecturer and 1 people teachers and to assay practicalitas consisting of 30 people a student of SMAN 2 X class Kerinci Kanan. The data in this research is primary data obtained from poll poll practicalitas test and test the validity of processed and analyzed in descriptive. Based on research has been produced products in the form of handouts. Test the validity of handouts that produced based on overall 89,73 % with the criteria is very valid. While based on test practicalitas done by teachers as a whole is 88,95 % with the criteria and the result of very practical test by students overall practicalitas 89,14 % with the criteria is very practical. Because of it, can be inferred that handouts brochures equipped with a display of a glossary to the matter kingdom plantae SMAN 2 X class for the students Kerinci Kanan developed in this research very valid and very practical.
