PENGEMBANGAN MODUL BERBASIS SAINTIFIK MODEL DISCOVERY LEARNING PADA MATERI SISTEM EKSKRESI MANUSIA UNTUK SISWA KELAS XI SMA NEGERI 1 LEMBAH GUMANTI

ABSTRACT
This study aims to produce modules based on a scientific model of discovery learning material of human excretion system is valid and practical. This research is using a three-stage development of a 4-D models, which define (pendefenisian), design (design) and develop (development). Module-based scientific discovery learning models have been validated by the three validator , the first human Physiology Anatomy lecturers,1 lecturers Learning Media and 1 lecturer for Educational Sciences, while for the second test performed practicalities of biology teachers and 75 students of class XI Science SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti. This research data is primary data obtained from the questionnaire validity and practicalities. Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis using a percentage formula. From this research produced modules discovery learning based on scientific models of matter of human excretion system for class XI student of SMAN 1 Lembah Gumanti. Module resulting gain validity value of 95.55% to the category of very valid, both the content eligibility requirements, linguistic components, presentation components and graph component. Module-based scientific discovery learning models produced by obtaining the value of the practicalities of teachers of 98.81% with a very practical criterion and by 98.19% of students categorized as very practical, both from the aspect of ease of use, time efficiency and benefits. In addition to the test the effectiveness of using modules based on the model of scientific discovery learning by students obtained an average score of 91.36. Thus, the module based on a scientific model of discovery learning material of human excretion system for class XI student of SMAN 1 Lembah Gumanti expressed very valid, very practical and feasible for use as a source of learning by students.
