Perancangan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Seleksi Penerima Beasiswa Perguruan Tinggi dengan Metode AHP dan TOPSIS (FKIP UBH)

Abstract

In this Research, researchers want to make  a decision support system useful for selecting scholarship recipients in Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Bung Hatta university with the AHP and TOPSIS method. This study is research that combines two methods of AHP and TOPSIS. in implementation metohd ahp used when determining the weight of comparison criteria, while the TOPSIS method is used as a determinantof the outcome of this system. This study is a research and design of new products on the selection of scholarship recipients in Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Bung Hatta University. The results made in this study is a decision support system acceptance selecton scholarship in Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Bung Hatta University. To run this application the student data was originally entered in advance, then the data of criteria that must be entered. Furthermore, the comparison between the criteria and the data are normalized, then look for the value weighting criteria, use ahp finished. Go to method TOPSIS, preliminary data converted beforehand students, then the data is normalized, once normalized weighting data, then look for the positive and negative ideal solution. Then do a search seperation measure and last sought value of v (results). v value (result) which is the largest recipient eligible to receive scholarships.
