PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN BERDISKUSI SISWA KELAS V PADA PEMBELAJARAN TEMA 6 MENGGUNAKAN MODEL DISCOVERY LEARNING DI SDN 49 KURANJI PADANG
Abstrak
This research is motivated by the lack of ability of the students in the class discussion SDN 49 Kuranji Padang. The purpose of this research is to increase students' ability to discuss the class V SDN 49 Kuranji Padang by using a model of Discovery Learning. Discovery learning model Learning reference is taken from a book about the Ministry of Education and Culture Implementation of Curriculum Teacher Training Materials 2013 2014 SD Class V, while the discussion of the theory put forward by Sri Anitah. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) is conducted in two cycles, in accordance with that proposed by Suharsimi Arikunto. The data source is a fifth grade students of SDN 49 Kuranji Padang, totaling 26 people. The instrument used was a discussion capability assessment form student, teacher activity sheet and sheet test student learning outcomes. The result showed that the ability of students in a discussion of expression in the first cycle increased 39.10% in the second cycle into 63.46%, the ability of the students asked in a discussion on the first cycle increased 30.77% in the second cycle into 62.82% of analysis of the data, obtained by the average value of students in carrying out discussions ability of students in the first cycle increased 34.94% in the second cycle into 63.14%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is an increased ability to discuss the fifth grade students of SDN 49 Kuranji Padang after using the model of Discovery Learning.
