IPA Siswa Peningkatan Motivasi Belajar Melalui Model Pembelajaran Index Card Match Kelas VI Di SDN 35 Padang Sarai Kecamatan Koto Tangah

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe: Increased attention to teacher motivation, asking, answering questions and doing exercises on time for science learning through Learning Model Index Card Match sixth grade in SDN 35 Padang Sarai District of Koto Tangah. This research is a classroom action research undertaken collaboratively. The research instrument used was a student and teacher motivation sheet. This research was conducted in two cycles. The subject of this study is six graders 35 Padang Sarai District of Koto Tangah totaling 30 people. The results of this study stated that the results of the analysis of student motivation in caring teachers in the first cycle was 70.0%, while in the second cycle was 85.0%. The results of the analysis of students' motivation in asking in the first cycle was 18.3%, while in the second cycle was 28.5%. The results of the analysis of student motivation in answering the question in the first cycle was 16.7%, while in the second cycle was 29.0%. The results of the analysis of students' motivation in doing the exercises in the first cycle was 70.0%, while in the second cycle was 73.5%. From the results obtained it can be concluded that learning science through active learning strategies Index Card Match types can increase students' motivation sixth grade 35 Padang sarai District of Koto Tangah. Based on these results, it is suggested that teachers can use and choose a model Index Card Match in science teaching in elementary school.
