ANALISIS KESULITAN GURU BIOLOGI DALAM PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN BILOGI SMA NEGERI DI KOTA PADANG

Abstract
This research is purpose to knowing the difficulties biology teachers in implementation of learning biology at senior high school in Padang city. to knowing difficulties teachers about genders and to knowing difficulties teachers about teaching experience. Type of this research is a descriptive research, with population research is biology teachers at senior high school in padang city in the academic year 2015/2016 a total of 68 people. The research sample using random sampling method with the formula Krejcie Morgan a total 57 teachers. The instrument used in the form of a questionnaire. The results of this research is showing level of difficulties biology teachers in implementation of learning biology at senior high school in Padang city including category high difficulty (mean score 2,01). In the preparation phase of learning teacher (mean score 1,76) Low Difficulty, Criteria for the preliminary process of learning (mean score 2,19) category high difficulty. Criteria for the core process of learning (mean score 2,28) category high difficuty. while the evaluation criteria (mean score 1,81) category low difficulty. Characteristics of respondents by genders, The results indicate that female respondents with the number (n= 52 , 91,2%) more than male respondents. Characteristics of respondent by teaching experience, The results indicate that respondents who are less experienced with the number (n= 29, 50,8%) more than respondents who experienced. In general difficulties biology teachers in implementation of learning biology at senior high school in Padang city including category high difficulty. Characteristics of respondents by gendersdid not affect the difficulty teachers, but experience affects difficulty teachers
