PENERAPAN MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN EKSPERIMEN DAN HASIL BELAJAR DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPA KELAS V SDN 30 PASAR LAKITAN
Abstrak
The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in the ability of students to perform experiments on natural science learning by using the model of Project Based Learning in class V SDN 30 Pasar Lakitan, Pesisir Selatan District. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The results showed an increase in the ability to experiment in the first cycle (66.67%) to (87.04%) in the second cycle, observing the trial process in the first cycle (62.97%) to (83.33%) in the second cycle, and write down the results of experiments on the cycles (62.97%) to (79.63%) in the second cycle. Student learning outcomes can also be improved from the first cycle (average of 69.59 with 70.37% completeness) into (average of 84.78 with 88.89% completeness) in the second cycle. It can be concluded learning science by using the model of Project Based Learning can improve the ability of experimental and student learning outcomes. Researchers recommended that the application of the model Project Based Learning, teachers should be able to adjust to the specified time and are able to utilize simple tools and materials in the manufacture of a project.
