APLIKASI FUZZY INFERENCE SYSTEM (FIS) MAMDANI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMK N 1 BUKITTINGGI
Abstrak
This study aims to produce an assessment with the help of Fuzzy Inference System Mamdani method to analyze and determine the quality of teaching and teacher performance based on Peraturan Mentri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi No. 16 Tahun 2009. It’s because still found of a number of teachers who still have not been concerned with their main task as a teacher which is to educate, teach, train, direct, assess and evaluate students. In this study the number of samples used as much as 5 teachers and 20 students from 2 class of the third grade which are 10 students each class in Computer Engineering and Networks major in Vocational School Number 1 Bukittinggi. Data collection techniques used in this study is the use of a questionnaire distributed to teachers / supervisors and students to assess the performance of the teacher. From the data analysis using the Fuzzy Inference System Mamdani method obtained results the performance of each teacher with the same value in good categories at 85.
