PENGEMBANGAN HANDOUT DILENGKAPI DENGAN TEKA-TEKI SILANG PADA PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI MATERI SISTEM EKSKRESI DI MAN 1 MUARA BUNGO

Abstract

This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of handouts is equipped with a crossword puzzle in biology class XI student learning MIA MAN 1 Muara Bungo Bungo. This type of research is the development of research that was developed using the three stages of the 4-D model, define phase (definition), design (design), and develop (development). Handout developed validated by 3 (three) people validator lecturers and teachers, and to practicalities conducted by one (1) person subject teachers of biology and 33 students of class XI MIA MAN 1 Muara Bungo Bungo. This research data is primary data obtained from the questionnaire validity and practicalities, then the data were analyzed with descriptive analysis. Based on the research that has been done, resulting handout to test the validity of lecturers and teachers of 93.00% with a very valid criteria. Test practicalities of handouts from teachers of 90.60% with a very practical criteria and the practicalities of student handout of 90.58% with a very practical criteria. while the value of the effective use of this handout is 96.66 with the criteria very well. Criteria teaching materials in the form of handouts equipped with a crossword puzzle in biology class XI student learning MIA MAN 1 Muara Bungo, Bungo is a very valid and very practical in the sense handout developed easy to use, useful and learning time becomes more efficient.
