PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV A DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL GROUP INVESTIGATION DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPS DI SDN 08 SURAU GADANG SITEBA PADANG

Abstrak

This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of fourth grade students in learning IPS A in SDN 08 Surau Tower Siteba. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 08 Surau A Tower in learning social studies using the model of Group Investigation. This research was conducted by using a Class Action Research (PTK) which was conducted in two cycles. The data source is a fourth grade students of SDN 08 Surau Tower Siteba numbered 23 people. The instrument used was the teacher activity sheet, affective student assessment sheets, test students' knowledge and understanding. Based on the results of the analysis of students' affective domain, namely the participation of students work together in groups. The percentage of participation work in teams at each cycle has increased. In the first cycle of participation in cooperation 53.34% in the first cycle increased to 73.91% in the second cycle. Results of cognitive learning (C2) is understanding the students also increased. In the first cycle students' understanding of the 26.08% increase to 73.91% in the second cycle. From the data obtained it can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes IPS A fourth grade students of SDN 08 Surau Tower after using the model of Group Investigation.
