Abstract

The selection of teachers who is achievement are not easy in the process of its selecting because of the data collection and the files are not organized. As the result  the selection of them lack of maximum because it can be influenced by external factors in assessing teachers who is achievement. In selecting teachers who is achievement, there are some difficulties in processing the data and  selecting teacher’s data  because the number of teachers who follow are not  few.  Then, in the process of selecting and making reports take a long time in processing, so it often occurs errors  and mistakes so that the performance in assessment is not optimal yet in the servicing. In the process of determining teachers who is achievement using mathematical models as the counting process of and criteria and assessment for teachers, Visual Basic 6.0 is used as a system.  By using the above analysis, in order to overcome the problems it is necessary to design a new system using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language. Designing a system that is appropriate in the process of teacher’s assessment who is achievement in order does not take a long time in data processing and data storage more efficient. This system can be used as an assited tool in the process of selecting accomplished teachers.
