PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI SISWA KELAS IV/a DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE TAKE AND GIVE DI SDN NEGERI 13 PASAR KAMBANG
Abstrak
The study of the research is motivated lack of communication skills of students, and teachers still use conventional methods to make students become bored in the study, and the absence of communication of student learning in social studies learning. This is resulting in a lack of communication skills of students in learning. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the use of methods Take and Give students can improve communication skills among students, and students with teacher communication in pempelajaran IPS. This research is a class act. The research subjects fourth grade students, who numbered 20 people. The instrument of this study is observation sheet teacher learning activities, observation sheet the students communication skills and field notes. The results obtained by the average percentage score of communication skills among students in the first cycle of 43.75% to 76.25% cycled II, and communication skills of students with teachers in the first cycle of 43.75% to 76.25% cycled II. This means that the target indicators in this study successfully and implementation of social studies learning by using Take and Give progressing well. Based on these results, it was concluded that the social studies learning by using Take and Give may improve the communication skills of students. Based on the results of this study researchers suggest that teachers can use the method of Take and Give to improve the communication skills of students.
