PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V.B PADA TEMA ORGAN TUBUH MANUSIA DAN HEWAN MELALUI METODE DISCOVERY LEARNING DI SD KARTIKA 1-11 SIMPANGHARU KECAMATAN PADANG TIMUR KOTA PADANG
Abstrak
The purpose of this study was to describe the learning outcomes of students on the theme of human organs and animals through discovery learning method in class V.B SD Kartika 1-11 Simpangharu, District East Padang, Padang. This research is a classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consists of six learning and one final exam cycle. The subjects were students of class 1-11 V.B SD Kartika Simpangharu, totaling 31 people. The research instrument used is the observation sheet affective student, teacher observation sheet teaching activities, students' test results, field notes, and documentation. Based on the results of observation sheet affective students in the first cycle and second cycle, acquired affective percentage of students in the first cycle increased 87.09% in the second cycle into 92.46%. Based on the results of the study, the percentage of students who achieve mastery learning in the first cycle and increased 70.96% in the second cycle into 83.87%. This means that the implementation of learning on the theme of Human and Animal Organs through Discovery Learning method can improve student learning outcomes V.B class Simpangharu SD Kartika 1-11. Based on these results, the researchers suggested that teachers can use the Discovery Learning Methods in learning to improve student learning outcomes.
