PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN TYPE TEAM GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) DI KELAS IV SDN NO 06 PASAR TERATAK KECAMATAN SUTERA KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN
Abstrak
The aim of this research was to improve the students’ learning achievement in Social Science class by using Type TGT in class IV. This research was conduced as the teachers did not seem to put forth all of the student potential in learning so that they were not able to achieve the minimum standart score. The result of the study indicated that from the first cycle to the second cycle, the score for the lesson Plan improved from 72,9% inti 91,7%. The teacher’s activity improved from 74,9% into 90,6% while the student’s activity improved from 70,3% into 87,5%. Thus, it was concluded that the use of Type TGT could improve the students’ learning achievement in Social Science class.
