POLA PERILAKU ANAK JALANAN TERHADAP MASYARAKAT PENGGUNA JALAN RAYA KOTA PADANG

Abstrak

This research is motivated by the behavior patterns of street children against the public using the highway Padang. The term street children have been used in a variety of understanding relating to the behavior, work and influence of street children against the public highway users. Street children are referred to in this study is the behavior of street children while doing street work, such as begging, busking, sprawl, parking, selling flags, cleaning the windshield and hawkers. It is causing street children took to the streets because of several factors, such as socioeconomic factors, family, and education. This study aims to: 1) Describe the educational background of street children in the city of Padang. 2) Describe socio-economic street children in the city of Padang. 3) Describe the work activities of street children in the city of Padang. This type of research is descriptive. The instrument used is the interview, questions and documentation sheet. The results showed that the street children in the city of Padang when seen begging her work activities, singing, sprawl, parking, selling flags, cleaning the windshield and hawkers, thus it can be said that street children who took to the streets in the city of Padang in general due to factors families are poor, weak economic social and parental education are low. If the family factors, socio-economic and educational well,then the street children will not do the job as street children.
