PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS V-A DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING DI SD NEGERI 09 KAYU ARO KOTA PADANG
Abstrak
The research objective was to describe the learning outcome of students in learning science by using a model of problem-based learning in the classroom V-A SD Negeri 09 Kayu Aro, Padang. This type of research is classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings and one final exam cycle of the number of students is 19 people. The research instrument used is the observation sheet affective student learning outcomes, teacher observation sheet aspects in learning, and test results of students' cognitive learning. Based on the test results of students' cognitive learning gained an average of cognitive learning outcomes of students in the first cycle 66.84 and increased in the second cycle into 82.10. While the percentage of completeness in the first cycle increased 52.63% and 84.21% in the second cycle. Based on the results of the observation sheet affective student learning outcomes, obtained percentage affective learning outcomes of students in the first cycle 68.75% increased to 86.51% in the second cycle. This means that learning science by using a model of problem-based learning can improve student learning outcomes in the classroom V-A SD Negeri 09 Kayu Aro. Based on the results of the study, the researchers suggest that teachers can use the model of problem based learning in learning to improve student learning out comes.
