Abstrak

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes PKN in fourth grade students of SDN 11 Tanjung Medan South Pesisir. The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes PKN in fourth grade students of SDN 11 Tanjung Medan by using the method of Problem Posing. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) that trough two cycles. The source of data is the fourth grade students of SDN 11 Tanjung Medan South Pesisir the amount of students is 15. The instrument in this research used the observation sheet activities of teachers, the observation sheet affective final test of learning students. Knowledge of students in the first cycle the average value of 72 with a percentage of 60%. In the second cycle the average value of 90 with a percentage of 96.66%. Understanding of students in the first cycle the average value of 54 with a percentage of 43%. In the second cycle the average value of 82 with a percentage of 73%. Cooperation and discipline of students, in the first cycle an average of 70. and the second cycle average of 86.66. Discipline of students in the first cycle by an average of 43.33 increase in cycle II with an average of 70. The increase in the activity of teachers in managing the learning that in the first cycle with a percentage of 73.32% completeness increased to 79.99% in the second cycle. teachers can apply the method of Problem Posing well in teaching PKN in accordance with the material being taught.
