PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS KARANGAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN TEKS BIOGRAFI SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 31 PADANG

Abstrak

This research of background by lack of skill write class student composition of VIII SMP Country 31 Field. Target of this research is to mendeskripsikan ofis make-up of ability write class student biography text of VIII.7 by using biography text in SMP Country 31 Field. Theory which is used in penelitin, that is theory told by: ( 1) Kunandar ( 2013) about research of class action, ( 2) Semi ( 2009) and Tarigan ( 2008) about skill write, ( 3) Finoza ( 2013) and Gie ( 2002) about writing of composition, ( 4) Kemendikbud ( 2013) about writing text of biografi. This type research is research of class action which is executed in two cycle. Source of data is class student of VIII.7 SMP Negeri 31 Padang amounting to 32 student people. Data collecting use observation sheet learn and student, and tes written. This matter can be seen from result learn student at cycle of I is 71,96 mounting at cycle of II become 83,37 with comparison of percentage among/between cycle of I and cycle of II 11,41. Pursuant to result of research which have been studied, hence can be concluded that writing composition by using biography text can improve result learn class student of VIII.7 SMP Negeri 31 Padang.
