PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF PADA SISWA KELAS IV B DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPS MELALUI STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN INKUIRI DI SDN 08 SURAU GADANG
Abstrak
The study was motivated by the low ability of creative thinking on the Social Sciences Learning Elementary School fourth grade 08 Surau Gadang, Nanggalo Subdistrict, Padang City. The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in creative thinking abilities in the Social Sciences Learning Elementary School fourth grade 08 Surau Gadang, by using Inquiry Learning Strategies. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). This study was conducted in two cycles. The data source is the fourth grade students of Elementary School08Surau Gadangnumbered 24 people. The instrument used was the observation sheet creative thinking abilities of students with descriptors fluency thinking, flexibility thinking, and the decomposition thinking, and teacher observation sheet activities and the end of the test cycle. Based on the analysis of creative thinking abilities of students, the percentage of each cycle has increased. In I cycle percentage completeness increased 40,3% to 74,3% in the II cycle. From the data obtained it can be concluded that there is an increased abilility to think creatively in the Social Sciences LearningElementary School fourth grade 08 Surau Gadang, after using Inquiry Learning Strategies. The use of Inquiry Learning Strategiescan also be used for other subjects in a way that is more interesting to be able to get maximum results.
