PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V-B PADA TEMA EKOSISTEM MELALUI MODEL DISCOVERY LEARNING DI SDN 19 KAMPUNG BARU KOTA PARIAMAN
Abstrak
The purpose of this research is to describe the learning outcome on the Ecosystem theme through Discovery Learning Model in class V-B SDN 19 Kampung Baru, Kota Pariaman. The type of this research is Classroom action research. The study was conducted in two cycle. One cycle consists of six sessions and a final cycle exam at the end of the meeting. The subject were V-B class in SDN 19 Kampung Baru, which consist of 37 people. The research instrument was a teacher activity observation sheet, observation affective, psychomotor observation, test student learning outcomes, and cameras. Based on this research, the student’s mastery in learning in the cognitive domains (C1) in the first cycle is 10.8% and increased in the second cycle into 83,78% and (C2) from 32,43% to 75,67%. The thoroughness of the affective aspects of learning outcomes meticulous attitude in the first cycle is 65,31% and increased in the second cycle becomes 98,2%. In the aspect of responsible attitude increased from 62,16% to 93,66%. In the aspect of environmental care attitude also increased from 49,99% to 92,34%. The Completeness psychomotor learning outcomes of students in the first cycle is 36% and increased in the second cycle to 90%. This means learning on Ecosystem theme through Discovery Learning model can improve learning outcomes. Based on these results, the researchers suggested that teachers should use the model of Discovery Learning in learning to improve student learning outcomes.
