PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN SIMULASI INSTALASI SISTEM OPERASI PADA JURUSAN TEKNIK KOMPUTER DAN JARINGAN SMK

Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to produce learning media installation windows 7 operating system, as an alternative media that is easy to learn and understand for students of SMK N 5 Padang. The type of this research is Research and Development (R & D). The media in the development process using the 4D model ( four- D model) , which consists of defining, the design, development and disseminate. Development of instructional media using Adobe Flash CS3 and Actionscript 2.0 programming language . Subjects of this study consisted of two people validators to test the validity and 20 students of class X SMK N 5 Padang to test the practicalities. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of a percentage . This research resulted in the product of instructional media simulation operating system installation.  After going through several revisions on the advice validator , the media was declared invalid and for the level of practicality media on practical category with the percentage of 87.3 %. Based on the results of validity and practicalities, it can be concluded that the simulated learning media operating system installation on the computer engineering SMK developed declared valid and practical.
