PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PEMBANGUNAN DESA BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 6 TAHUN 2014 DI KECAMATAN AMPEK ANGKEK KABUPATEN AGAM

Abstrak

This research is motivated by the lack of community participation in rural development in the District Ampek Angkek. Community participation in this research is community participation in rural development planning, implementation of rural development and receive the benefits as well as keeping of development that have been implemented. This study aims: 1) To determine the level of community participation in development planning Ampek Angkek villages in the district. 2) To determine the level of community participation in the implementation of rural development in Sub Ampek Angkek. 3) To determine the level of community participation in maintaining and benefit from rural development in the District Ampek Angkek. This type of research is descriptive. The instruments used were questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the level of community participation in rural development planning in the District Lambah Nagari Ampek Angkek only 22.5%, while in Nagari Biaro Tower District of Ampek Angkek only 28.75%. The level of community participation in the implementation of rural development in Nagari Lambah 97.5% and in Nagari Biaro Tower as much as 93.75%. The level of community participation in maintaining and memerima benefit from rural development in Nagari Lambah as much as 95% and in Nagari Biaro Tower as much as 96.25%. Communities in the District Ampek Angkek tend to be more actively involved in the implementation and receive the benefits as well as maintain the rural development compared to participate in rural development planning.
