FUNGSI DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN CATATAN SIPIL DALAM PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI KEPENDUDUKAN TERHADAP PENGURUSAN AKTA KELAHIRAN DI KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN
Abstrak
This research in the wake of the low public awareness of the birth certificate of ownership and the lack of clear information about the conditions, procedures and maintenance service of the birth certificate. To overcome this problem should be run tasks and functions well, with consummate administration and provide excellent service. This study aims: 1) To describe the function of the Department of Population and Civil Registration in disseminating the implementation of procedures for the maintenance of systems and procedures for all birth certificates. 2) Describe the function of the Department of Population and Civil Registry in providing services to the public, especially the maintenance of a birth certificate. 3) Describe the constraints faced by the Department of Population and Civil Registration in disseminating and providing services to the public. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Researching instruments are interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. These results indicate that the Department of Population and Civil Registration in socializing, give notice to the public understanding and clear about the terms, systems, procedures, and functions provide a service that is easy to understand the community and provide services which are open to people who are experiencing difficulties in the current arrangement. Constraints faced is difficult to give an understanding to nagari to inform people about paperwork requirements that must be completed. Results of this study concluded the Department of Population and Civil Registry function in increasing public awareness of the ownership of a birth certificate, provide clear information and provide excellent service to the community.
