PERAN MASYARAKAT DALAM MENANGGULANGI KENAKALAN REMAJA DI DESA SAIBI SAMUKOP KECAMATAN SIBERUT TENGAH

Abstrak

This study in the background backs high rate of juvenile delinquency, where the increase in cases of pregnant out of wedlock each year, in addition to the cases is habitual drunkenness teenagers every night. Sometimes events drunkenness they do harm to the community as they disturb people passing by and shouted disturbing the surrounding community comfort This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, the data obtained (eg pictures, words, behaviors) .Instrumen are observation, interviews, questionnaires questionnaires and documentation, to support the acquisition of qualitative data. Results of the study showed that all institutions in society and government has an important role in tackling juvenile delinquency. Steps taken by the Department of Social and Health Department in tackling juvenile delinquency such as to provide guidance through the chairman of the youth and involving government, religious leaders and the head of customs, provide an understanding of the lessons of free sex and its negative impact to the whole youth and consequences of sex outside of marriage as well as Treated penalties such as fines or seizure of indigenous property and fields. Constraints faced in dealing with juvenile delinquency as no establishment of cooperation between the government and society as vending alcohol-free.
