PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA PERMULAAN SISWA KELAS II DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE TEBAK KATA DI SD NEGERI 04 BATANG ANAI KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN

Abstrak

The background of this research by the ground of reality on first reading skills students second grade SDN 04 Batang Anai Padang Pariaman still less, it cause by reading skill students still less. The purpose this research was to improve thefirst reading skills by using guess the wordat SDN 04 Batang Anai Padang Pariaman. The theory of this research was stated of reading by Dalman (2013), and using guess the word by Istarani (2012). The method was used in this research is the Classroom Action Research (PTK) by Arikunto (2008). The results showed that increased the first reading skillstudents that showed by increased result and the first reading skills students. The result of this research obtainable an average persentase the first reading skills students that showed by cycle I is 50% while the average on cycle II 78%, the average percentage of students to express opinions on cycle I 36% while the average percentage of cycle II 78%, and the average percentage of answered by cycle I 32% while the average percentage of the second cycle of 74%. Based on this results can be concluded that using guess word can be improved the first reading skillsstudents. Key Word :guess word methode, The first reading skill, Result of learning
