PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV-A PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPS MELALUI MODEL STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) DI SDN 09 NANGGALO PADANG
Abstrak
This research is motivated by the low activity and student learning outcomes in learning. The low activity of asking and answering questions and writing tasks students adversely affects the student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study describes the increased activity and student learning outcomes in social studies learning through STAD model. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles of 6 meetings. The subjects were students of class IV-A SDN 09 Nanggalo Padang, amounting to 36 people. The research instrument that teacher activity observation sheet, student activity observation sheet, the sheet scale attitude, and achievement test. Based on the results of the first cycle study gained an average percentage of the activity asks students is 35.71%, the activity of the students answered questions are 45.71%, and the activity of the students in doing the task (test) is 51.42%. The average results of studying the level of understanding that is 61.70. Then the affective domain of learning outcomes (discipline and cooperation) students is 66.07. In the second cycle obtained an average percentage of the activity asks students is 72.35%, the activity of answering questions is 82.57%, the activity of the task (the test) was 89.76%. On average cognitive learning outcomes is the level of understanding and affective ie 77.77 75.99. So it can be concluded that the IPS learning through STAD model can boost the activity and learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 09-A Nanggalo Padang.
