PENERAPAN MODEL TREFFINGER PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN KEMAMPUAN KREATIF MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS VIII SMPN 12 PADANG

Abstract
The result of math study of class VIII SMPN 12 Padang is still much below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) due to students understanding is still lack in solving the problems of reasoning and applied learning models have not been able to develop students creativity. Therefore, one of the models that can be use to overcome these problems is a model Treffinger. The purpose of this research is to see the development of creativity and learning outcomes of students learning mathematics using models Treffinger better than learning math learning outcomes using normal learning. This type of research is experimental research. Population in this research is all class VIII SMPN 12 Padang in the school year 2014/2015 consisting of six classes homogeneous. Based on data of students mathematic learning in the classroom samples, hypothesis testing is done with . from the calculation result obtained with looking the tabel as a reference, = 7,25 lies at . Because, the probability (p) given to db = 1 obtained
1/2 (0.001) <p <1/2 (0.01) = 0.0005 <p <0.005. Therefore p <0.05 means reject and accept . It can be concluded that the learning outcome of students learning mathematic applying Treffinger better models of mathematic learning outcome of students who apply regular learning.
