Based on teaching experience researcher at SDN 14 Sungai Limau, second grade teacher in the teaching of mathematics is still conventional, so that students are less motivated in the following study. To the researchers interested in improving the learning process of mathematics, especially on the summation of natural numbers by using a constructivism approach. This research is a class act, and this research using pendekatan konstruktivisme. This study was conducted in two cycles, carried out by means of cooperation between researchers and teachers. This research data in the form of information about the data results obtained from the actions of teachers and student activity observation, the final test of learning. Subjects in this study was grade II SD totaling 16 people. Results of the research cycle I at final test students 'average score was 6.7 with 56% of students who completed the final test . The second cycle students  average score increased to 7.9 in which students who completed to 94%. Based on the observations seen improving student learning outcomes in the learning process. It can be concluded that by using a constructivism approach can improve student learning outcomes in the material summation natural numbers.
