The purpose of this study was to compare the results of the cognitive aspects of learning science students between instructional time in the morning at 7:20 to 9:45 and the time of day at 10:15 to 12:35, in class VII SMP Negeri 4 Mount Talang school year 2014/2015, and for IPA know the learning outcomes of students affective and psychomotor aspects. Type of research is experimental research design using model Problem Based Learning The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP Negeri 4 Mount Talang in the school year 2015/2016, amounting to 148. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, then do random and elected VII.1 class as an experimental class I and class VII.2 as experiment II. After analyzing the data obtained by the average value of the experimental class I is 72.8 and the experimental class II 66.8 (α = 0.05) showed a significant difference in learning outcomes. Likewise, on the assessment of affective 83.04 experimental class I and class II experiment 78,22dan psychomotor assessment experiment class I 78,22dan the experimental class II 70.18, from the results of this study concluded that the experimental class II by applying the model of Problem Based Learning.better applied in the morning in at noon on the first experimental class better than the experimental class II by applying the learning model Problem Based Learning
