PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPA DENGAN MODEL INKUIRI DI SDN 04 KAMPUNG OLO PADANG

Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to increase the activity ask, argue, and experiment fourth grade students of SD Country 04 Kampung Olo using a model of inquiry. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) are conducted in two cycles. Subjects of this study grade IV-B totaling 27 people. The instrument used is the observation sheet teacher learning activities, student activity observation sheet. The results showed the average percentage score of student activity is asked the first cycle with the completeness percentage 51.75% increase in the second cycle by 75% the percentage of completeness, believes the first cycle with the completeness percentage 51.85% increase in cycle II with persentse completeness 81% , do the experiment the first cycle with the completeness percentage 51.75% increase in cycle II with a 73.3% percentage of completeness, and evaluation of students' exam results first cycle an average of 66.29 with 48.14% completeness percentage increased in the second cycle mean 74.44 average with 85.18% the percentage of completeness. From this research, it was concluded that the activity and student learning outcomes in science learning can be enhanced with the model inquiry. Based on this study researchers suggest that teachers can use the model of Inquiry to increase the activity and student learning outcomes.
