Abstrak

This research is motivated by the low reading comprehension class V students learning Indonesian. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the use of methods Teacher Is Here Everyone can improve students' reading comprehension in learning Indonesian. This research is a classroom action research with the research subjects are students of class V SDN 04 Olo Nanggalo Padang totaling 21 people. The instrument of this study was the observation sheets teachers 'activities, observation sheet reading skills and test students' understanding of student learning outcomes. Based on the observation sheet reading comprehension of students found that the average percentage of students' reading comprehension ability to make inquiries on the first cycle of 50% and 73.05% in the second cycle, and answered questions on the first cycle of 47.05%, while in the second cycle 73.05 %. Based on students' test results showed that the average reading comprehension of students in the first cycle an average of 72.85 and 79.05 the second cycle. From increased research in the first cycle and the second cycle means the target of achieving successful learning in the study and implementation of Indonesian learning methods Teacher Here Everyone is going well. Based on these results, it is suggested that teachers can use Everyone is Teacher Here methods to improve reading comprehension of students in learning Indonesian.
