PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV PADATEMA 9 MELALUIMODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING DI SD NEGERI 03 AUR TAJUNGKANG SAWAHLUNTO
Abstrak
This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes that can be seen from the results of daily tests on themes 5 second semester 2015 with an average value of 53.84. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students on the theme 9 through problem based learning model. This research is a classroom action research. The study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of five meetings and one final test cycle. Subjects in this research is the fourth grade students of SDN 03 Aur Tajungkang Sawahlunto, totaling 30 people. Assessment instrument used was a teacher activity observation sheet, affective aspects of students' observation sheet and test student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the research, the average cognitive achievement of students in the first cycle of 62.6 and increased in the second cycle into 74.76 with the percentage of completeness of cognitive learning outcomes of students in the first cycle increased by 46.67% to 83.33% in cycle II. On average affective learning outcomes of students in the first cycle of 60.16 increased to 80.24 in the second cycle. This means learning on themes 9 through problem based learning model can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 03 Aur Tajungkang Sawahlunto. Based on these results, the researchers suggested that teachers can use the model of Problem Based Learning in learning to improve student learning outcomes.
