CAMPUR KODE DALAM TALK SHOW JUST ALVIN EPISODE I SNIFF I TASTE I COOK DI METRO TV

Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to describe the direction of code mixing, the forms of code mixing and the cause of the code mixing in Talk Show Just Alvin episode I Sniff I Taste I Cook on Metro TV. The theory used is the opinions expressed by Nursaid and Maksan (2002) and Rokhman (2013) quotes the opinion of Suwito regarding the code mixing. The type of the research is qualitative. The methods used in this research is descriptive method, with  identifying, classifying, analyzing, interpreting data, reporting data analysis and concluding as founded  data. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was founded that there is code mixing inside and outside, the form of code mixing, and the cause of the code mixing. It can be concluded that the direction of code mixing in talk show just alvin episode I Sniff, I Cook, I Taste episode on Metro TV showed code mixing into (indonesian language with Jakarta dialect, betawi dialect  and slang) as much as 26 data, while outside code mixing (Indonesian language with English) as much as 86 data. The form code mixing which was found consists of  the word as much as 124 data and sentence 58 data. The causes of code mixing identification of the role, it means that it shows the role of guest stars as a person presenter and chef as guide.  Identification of variety, it means that it exposes the host and a guest  inserts a range of languages as regional languages, foreign language while speaking and the interest to explain  and interpret the communication so that the communication will be not stiff, more relaxed, and show a mastery of the language is more than just one language.
