In reply to problems above, researcher use model study of Picture and picture to increase skill read and write class student of II. Target of this researchissee uplifting of skill read and write class student of II SD Country 01 Colossal Sintuk TobohofSub-Province Field Pariahpass/throughmodel of Picture Picture and. this Type ResearchisResearch Of Action Class (PTK). Theory whichisused in researchistheory of Istarani concerning model study of picture and picture. Subjek of this researchisclass student of II SDN 01 Colossal Sintuk TobohofSub-Province Field Pariah amounting to 28 people. Result of research of menunjukaninCycle of I teacher aspect get value 72.2%, while student aspect get value 66%.AtCycle of II teacher aspect get value 88%, while student aspect get value 83%. Seen from ability read student, thereischangeatcycle of I meeting of I get complete value 46% whileatmeeting of IIincycle of II get complete value 82 %. Whileinaspect writeatmeeting of I cycle of I get complete valueofstudent assess 50 % and meeting to IIinCycle of II get value 78 %.
