Abstrak

ABSTRACT
At the end of the task is made a diagnosis expert system for troubleshooting LAN and damage to
the computer network LAN, so that users can repair the damage by themselves without the help
of the computer technicians that usually cost money, time and effort is not small. The objective of
this LAN diagnosis expert system to create a system that works to assist and facilitate the user
who lack an understanding of the LAN network. This system was developed using the
programming language PHP and MySQL as well as using process models Waterfall. Results of
this expert system design in the form of a website that serves as an application that can diagnose
the problem computer network LAN. Conclusion with the making of this expert system that
diagnoses the information about the computer network can make it easier for users to diagnose or
detect damage that occurs on a computer network LAN.
