PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV-A DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PKn MELALUI STRATEGI ACTIVE DEBATE DI SDN 45 PULAU KARAM KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN

This research of background of is lack of result and activity learn student in study of PKN class of IV in SDN 45 Sink Island, Sub-Province Coastal area of South. Target of this research is to mendeskripsikan of is make-up of result and activity learn class student of IV at study of PKN pass/through strategy of active debate in SDN 45 Sink Island. this Type Research is research of class action, performed within two cycle. Instrument which is used in this research is student activity observation sheet and teacher activity, and also sheet of tes result of learning student. Result of research show happened peningkatkan of student activity of cycle of I to cycle of II in raising question from 47,5% becoming 70%, experiencing of improvement 22,5%, happened the make-up of student activity in replying question from 62,5% becoming 72,5% experiencing of improvement 10 %, and happened the make-up of student activity in telling opinion from 55% becoming 72,5% experiencing of improvement 17,5%. And result of learning student known that average assess final tes of cycle from 62 (cycle I) becoming 70,25 (cycle of II), with complete percentage from 50% (cycle I) becoming 70% (cycle of II) natural of improvement 20 is%. Inferential, usage of strategy of active debate in study of PKN at class student of IV in SDN 45 Sink Island can improve result and activity learn.
