PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VIII3 PADA PEMBELAJARAN PKn DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL COOPERATIVE SCRIPT DI SMPN 4 GUNUNG TALANG

Abstrak

This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes VIII.3 classes on subjects Civics. The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in understanding, discipline and responsibility VIII.3 grade students in learning civics through model of Cooperative Script in SMPN 4 Mount Talang. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK). The research instrument in the form of sheets of teacher activity observation, observation sheet student assessment affective, cognitive observation sheet of students, field notes and photo documentation. The subject of this study is VIII.3 grade students of SMPN 4 Gunung Talang totaling 26 students. The experiment was conducted in two cycles. Cycle I and II, each consisting of 2 meetings and 1 final test cycle. Results of the study are in the first cycle there is an average value of students is 65.38 and increased in the second cycle 72.6 thus an increase of 7.22 for the understanding and value of discipline students for the first cycle was 73.35 and increased in the second cycle is 80.07 while the increase was by 6.72. As for the responsibility in the first cycle, namely 55.27 and increased in the second cycle into 80.58 thus an increase of 25.31. It was concluded that through a model of Cooperative Script can improve student learning outcomes in teaching civics class VIII.3 SMPN 4 Gunung Talang.
