PARTICIPATION COMMUNITY TO IMPLEMENTATION PNPM-MANDIRI URBAN (STUDIES IMPLEMENTATION IN DISTRICTS PADANG NORTH)

Abstrak

This research is to look at how of community participation in the implementation of women's credit, and community participation in the implementation of concrete rebates, and the role of the LKM role to increasing community participation. This study was conducted in May-June 2015. This study was a descriptive. Data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from the research subjects, which is obtained from the public as a target group and interviews with Cation for Community Empowerment District of Padang North. Secondary data obtained from the agency or institution that has been archived or documented derived from the documents relating to the implementation of the PNPM program. The results showed that: 1) Implementation of activities in savings and loans Women Ulak Karang North, installment loans each group tend to be stuck, because the women's credit group members do not have the awareness to pay monthly installments. Members of the group assumes the loan fund is a grant from the government and does not need to be returned, 2) implementation of concrete activities to reach the target rebates that have been planned, because of a sense of community ownership high on the improvement of roads, done by providing labor for such activities. The amount of funds lacking, but the community can improve the way along the 100 m, and it is expected the public. Thanks to the participation of a given community, whether the donation of labor, and material concrete rebate activity is completed.
