Abstrak

This research aims to determine learning outcomes of KKPI students who are taught using a mind map in class XI SMK 1 Koto XI Tarusan Pesisir Selatan District, the formulation of the problem in this research is there any influence of a mind map on learning outcomes KKPI at SMK 1 Koto XI Tarusan Pesisir Selatan District. This type of research is experimental design The Static Group Randomized Control Group Only Design. Class XI TOSM 1 is an experimental class and XI TOSM 2 is a control class. Data KKPI student learning outcomes obtained through the ultimate test. Results of this study illustrate that there are significant use Mind Maps on learning outcomes in subjects KKPPI in SMK 1 Koto XI Tarusan Pesisir Selatan District. It can be seen from the average value of the control class 69.7 and the average value of the experimental class 81.9. Thus we can conclude learning outcomes KKPI students learning by using a mind map is better than conventional learning and the use of mind maps can improve student learning outcomes in learning KKPI in class XI TOSM 1 SMK 1 Koto XI Tarusan Pesisir Selatan District school year 2015/2016.
