Abstract

This research aims to produce an online information system web-based report cards that can process value, generating value recap search report can be accessed online and provide convenience during the process of data processing students and teachers. Online information system report is built using PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. In the design of the writer uses three (3) modeling system that Context Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) That Covers Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams. Results from this study indicate that this online report information system can provide student data, the data homeroom, the data subjects, class data and the data department. This system is designed for users within the scope of the school is homeroom, students and administrators who have different access rights. Based on the above it can be concluded that the availability of report pages online to monitor student scores quickly and accurately, report cards online information system to facilitate the student to see the data of students and grades and simplify admin and homeroom in inputting the data required.
