Teaching Vocabulary By Using Secret Code

Abstract
The purpose of writing this paper is to discuss about teaching vocabulary by using secret code. English is not easy thing while we need that element for learning vocabulary or knowing many words can make learners rich of words and of course can do conversation with others. When the students especially learners face several problems like how to memorize and develop vocabularies in learning and mastery English, absolutely the teacher teach to learners about building vocabulary by using secret code. It is one of the best alternative solutions in teaching vocabulary for beginners. The use of secret code is an effective technique to teach vocabulary for learners because it can make the learners easier and students get more spiritful, enjoy and motivation because this is a simple technique and complete. The procedure or steps how to teach vocabulary by using alphabet are three procedures of teaching in this paper. They are pre-teaching, whilst-teaching and post-teaching. From the explanation above, we can conclude that the technique can improve the student’s motivation and concentration in teaching vocabulary. The teacher applies alphabet technique to present the material to the learners attractively.
