PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TAI (TEAM ASSISTED INDIVIDUALIZED) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN TIK KELAS VIII DI SMPN 2 KECAMATAN SULIKI

Abstrak

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes in subjects Information and Communication Technology class VIII SMP N 2 Suliki sub-district, where 63.41% of students get to learn the results below minimum completeness criteria (KKM). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of cooperative learning model of TAI (Team Assisted Individualized) on learning outcomes of students in the subjects of ICT in class VIII SMP N 2 Subdistrict Suliki. This type of research is experiment. The study population was all class VIII SMP N 2 Subdistrict Suliki. The sampling technique was randomly (random sampling). The sample in this research is class VIII.2 and VIII.5, VIII.2 class numbered 25 students as an experimental class that implements cooperative learning model of TAI and VIII.5 totaling 24 students as classroom control with conventional learning models. From the research it appears that the class that implements the type of cooperative learning model of TAI has an average value (75.00) higher than students who apply conventional learning (71.20). Of the t-test calculations obtained t_arithmetic = 0.204 and t_tabel = 0.173. Because t_arithmetic > t_tabel then the hypothesis can be accepted. Therefore we can conclude there is the effect of the application of cooperative learning model type TAI on learning outcomes of students on the subjects of ICT, so that learning by applying cooperative learning model of TAI can be used as an alternative for teachers to improve learning outcomes information and comunication technologi students.
