This study aimed to describe the increase in interest and student learning outcomes in learning civics by using model Make A Match in Class V SDN 41 Kapuh. This research is a classroom action research conducted in the first semester of the academic year 2015/2016 at SDN 41 Kapuh. The subjects were students of class V SDN 41 Kapuh totaling 18 students. The study was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisting of three meetings. The research instrument in the form of text matter objectively, essays and observation sheets interests of students and teachers aspects. The results showed an increase in the percentage of student interest in the discussion on the first cycle indicator is 55.55%, increased in the second cycle is 77.78%, the student's interest in indicators summarizing looks average percentage of students who obtained 50% increase in cycle II is 75%. Results of the final evaluation of the cycle seen an increase in the average value of 68.1 class with student mastery of 8 persons with percentage (44.44%) in the first cycle, increasing to an average of 74.4 class with the thoroughness of 15 people with a percentage ( 83.33%) in the second cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of Make A Match learning model can improve learning outcomes Civics class V SDN 41 Kapuh.
