Abstrak

 

The aim of the study is to analyze the effect of attitude and learning style on the learning achievement of information technology class and the communication of social sience-students at grade XI of SMA PGRI 1 Padang. The type of the study is descriptive correlation. This study want too see if attitude and learning style affecting student’s achievement. In this study, the researcher distributed questionnaires and achievement test to the sample class. The data of student’s achievement obtained from the test result that have been studied by researchers for RPP from subject teachers technology information and communication (TIK) in social sience-students at grade XI, the data reflected student’s achievementin technology information and communication (TIK) subject. Moreover, the data of attitude and learning style were collected from questionnaires by using likert scale which validity and reliability has been tested. The correlation and regression analyzed by using statistic method  with SPSS version 17. The result showed that: (1) attitude and learning styles take effect to student’s achievement by 0.752, (2) learning style take effect to student’s achievement by 0.590, (3) and attitude take effect to student’s achievement by 0.511. From the study, it can be conclude that attitude and learning styles has take effect to student’s achievement.
