IMPROVING STUDENTS COMMUNICATIVE SKILL AND LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT IN LEARNING BAHASA INDONESIA BYUSING PICTURE AND PICTURE FOR THE STUDENT OF CLASS II OF MIN KOTO LUAR PADANG
Abstrak
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to describe the improving students communicative skill and learning achievement of class II at SD Negeri 36 Cengkeh Padang. The basic theories of communicative skill are Danim (2013) and Iriantara (2014), model picture and picture is Istarani (2011), and for learning achievement is Sudjana (2013). The method of this research is action research in two cycles for two meeting for each. The sample of this research is the student of class II SDN 36 Cengkeh Padang, they are 25 students. The instruments of this research are observation sheet for teacher activities and test of learning achievement for communicative skill. Based on the result of research for students communicative skill in cycle I is 38 % become 88% in cycle II.By improving students communicative skill in learning Bahasa Indonesia impacts to learning achievement with the average 52% in cycle I become 89 % in cycle II. Based on the result, it can be concluded that by using picture and picture model able to improve student communicative skill and learning achievement.
