KONTRIBUSI MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN PENGELOLAAN KELAS TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PADA MATA PELAJARAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI (TIK) SISWA KELAS VII SMP N 29 PADANG
Abstrak
This study aimed to analyze the effect of learning motivation and classroom management on student learning outcomes in subjects of Information and Communication Technologies in class VII SMP N 29 Padang. This research is a descriptive correlational study. The research looked at whether the motivation to learn and management of this class effect on learning outcomes. In this study, researchers distributing questionnaires to a sample class. The sampling technique is simple random sampling sampling of all members of the population done randomly by first collecting a class VII student test scores, then do normality test, homogeneity and the average similarity to obtain a sample of the class VII totaling 33 people. Data obtained from tests of learning outcomes learning outcomes ie test scores, these data are a reflection of learning outcomes of students in the subjects of ICT. While the motivation to learn and management of data collected through questionnaires class by using a Likert scale that have been tested for validity and reliability. Then the data was analyzed using statistical methods using SPSS version 17 for correlation and regression analysis. The result showed: (1) learning motivation contribute to the learning outcomes of 67.24% (2) Classroom management contribute to the learning outcomes of 3.496%, and (3) learning motivation and classroom management bersma contribute both to the learning outcomes for 0 , 61%. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the learning motivation and classroom management contribute to student learning outcomes.
