PENERAPAN STRATEGI PETA KONSEP UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN PKn DI KELAS IV SDN 22 TANAH KERAS PESISIR SELATAN
Abstrak
This study aimed to describe the learning interest of fourth grade students using concept maps strategies at SDN 22 Tanah Keras. This research is a classroom action research conducted in the second semester of the academic year 2014/2015 at SDN 22 Tanah Keras. Subjects were fourth grade students of SDN 22 Tanah Keras totaling 20 students. The study was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisted of three meetings. The research instrument is observation sheet student interest, teacher observation sheet and test learning outcomes. The results showed an average interest of the students asked in cycle I is 27.85%, increased in the second cycle is 73.90%, the interest of students to answer questions that the average percentage obtained by students in the first cycle, namely 45.01% increase in cycle II is 80.01% and the interest of the students do exercises average percentage obtained by students in the first cycle is 36.36% increased in the second cycle is 84.65%. While the average student learning outcomes in the first cycle of 63.68 increased in the second cycle to 82.06. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of concept maps strategies can enhance student interest in learning civics class IV SDN 22 Tanah Keras.Key words: interest, concept maps, PKn
