PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) DI SDN 15 SUNGAI LIMAU

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to describe the results of student learning in social studies learning using CTL approach in class IV SDN 15 Sungai Limau, Padang Pariaman District. This research is a classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings and one final exam cycle. The subjects were fourth grade students of SDN 15 Sungai Limau, totaling 16 people. The research instrument used is the observation sheet affective student, teacher observation sheet teaching activities, students' test results, field notes, and cameras. Student learning outcomes can be seen from the mastery of learning outcomes of students' knowledge in the first cycle an average of 63 with completeness 56% increased to 88% in the second cycle; completeness cooperative attitude of learning outcomes of students in the first cycle an average of 72 with completeness 69% increased to 81% in the second cycle; and mastery of learning outcomes responsible attitude of students in the first cycle an average of 72 with completeness 69% increase to 81%. This means that the target indicators in this study is a minimum of 75% was achieved. Thus the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN 15 Sungai Limau in social studies learning can be enhanced with Contextual Teaching and Learning approach.
