Abstrak

Abstract

Based on of observations in classes X SMAN 1 Basa Ampek Balai Tapan it appears that, at the beginning of learning the teacher had prepared conditions students and teacher tried to focus students by providing apersetion and motivation which can encourage student to keep learning but less than optimal, so that only some students who are serious and are actively involved in learning. One alternatif learning that can be used is Genius Learning strategies. Genius Learning strategies is a system designd with a highly efficient tangle which include students, teacher, teaching and learning environment. In Genius Learning we put the child at the center of the learning process and the subject of education. Tipe of research is experimental research. This study population is gradar X SMAN 1 Basa Ampek Balai Tapan in the scholl year 2013/2014 which consist of four classes. The sampling is done by random sampling, so selected class X.1 as a class experiment and class X.2 as the control class. Based on the results showed that there are differences in learning outcomes of students who studied with using Genius Learning strategies with students learn by using conventional learning. To the mathematics learning outcomes in graders X SMAN 1 Basa Ampek Balai Tapan who studied with Genius Learning strategies better then students who studied with conventional learning.
